Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pin codes across India for orders below ₹5,000. During checkout, if your shipping address is eligible, COD will appear as a payment option. Please note that an additional convenience fee might apply for COD orders, and exact change is appreciated upon delivery.
We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while Express shipping guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days. Free Standard shipping is available on all orders over ₹999 within India. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.
For metro cities in India, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. For non-metro and remote locations, delivery may take between 5-8 business days. Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery might be subject to delays from courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.
Currently, we primarily ship within India. However, we do take special requests for international shipments of bulk orders. If you are located outside India and wish to place a large order for art supplies, please contact our support team to get a custom shipping quote and discuss the logistics.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and courier AWB number. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your package. Alternatively, registered users can log into their C2D account and view the tracking details under the 'My Orders' section.
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for most unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that certain items like open canvases, liquid paints, and customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene and quality preservation reasons. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, log into your account, go to 'My Orders', select the order containing the item you wish to return, and click on 'Request Return'. You can also email our support team with your order ID and reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
Refunds are processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection. It typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be initiated. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.
Yes, we accept exchanges for items of the exact same value or variant (like a different color of the same pen). If you wish to exchange for a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. For exchange requests, please contact our customer service.
